El Obraje Caturra Washed by Prolog Coffee

Pablo Guerrero was the first to bring coffee to the Tangua area outside Pasto in 2000, taking a risk at high elevation that has since defined a benchmark for the region. By 2009 he had built his own mill and entered the specialty market — planting new varieties and refining washed and natural processes as others followed his lead. This washed Caturra is a clean and precise expression of El Obraje's distinctive high-altitude terroir, where the climate and landscape shape a cup that is both structured and expressive.
