A fourth consecutive year of sourcing washed Geisha from Maximiliano García at his four-hectare farm, Garmas, in El Huabo, San Ignacio, northern Peru. Dry fermented for approximately 24 hours before washing and rinsing, then dried for 15–20 days in a parabolic dryer and under shade nets for controlled, even drying. A benchmark expression of washed Peruvian Geisha — aromatic, refined and elegantly structured.
