Grown at 1,200m in the São Paulo state, the Mundo Novo variety is naturally processed to highlight notes of marzipan, hazelnut and sweet berries. Recommended at medium roast to bring out its natural sweetness and creamy body. Equally comfortable as a straight espresso or with milk.
