An elegant and lively washed coffee from Cajamarca in northern Peru, grown at 1,500m with Bourbon variety trees. Extended fermentation of 60 hours followed by careful drying adds clarity and depth to a naturally expressive cup. Expect bright blueberry and lemon with a soft, ripe peach finish. Clean, balanced and distinctly fruit-forward.
