A sweet and gently complex light espresso from the Aponte reserve in Tablon de Gomez, Nariño — a region that has become well-known among specialty roasters worldwide. Caturra beans sourced from around 200 small farms at 2,100m, honey processed by depulping and drying with a thin layer of pulp intact. Careful turning during drying prevents over-fermentation and develops a naturally sweet, fruit-forward character. Notes of cantaloupe, brown sugar, almonds and cranberry with mild acidity and a light body. Also available as filter.
