A medium-roasted Ethiopian single origin with the fresher side of Cityroast's range still intact. The cup is elegant and aromatic, with caramel sweetness, floral notes and a fruit-led finish that keeps the profile lively rather than heavy. Best suited to filter brewing, but it can also work as a brighter espresso.
